Seminars at the WSF II were proposed by networks and organizations on the WSF
International Council. They were designed to identify, develop and explore
specific topics, in addition to encouraging public debate and socializing
strategic thinking towards building a new world. The seminars were opportunities
to create, explore, debate and publish on new themes.
